If I could give this company no stars I would, firstly they don't do their own viewings so If you go to look at a house it will be the previous resident showing you around and if you finish your residence they will expect you to do the same. They also will not wait for you to move out before they start making bookings and expect you to put yourself out. If you have any issues with a rented property don't go to them for help, find out who the landlord is and go straight to them as you will not get a response. I honestly fail to see what this company even does apart from paperwork. A joke of a letting agent. Do not recommend.
